About Scrambl
Scrambl turns a photo into a password-seeded visual puzzle so the image looks like noise until the recipient reconstructs it in the app. Processing stays on device: no Scrambl account, and originals are not uploaded to a Knox server. This is visual obfuscation, not encryption. Use a lossless tile-shuffle PNG when you can send a file, or Social Safe JPEG when chat apps recompress photos.

Is Scrambl encryption?
No. Scrambl is visual obfuscation: a password-seeded tile shuffle (and optional Premium Jigsaw). Treat it as a privacy aid, not a cryptographic vault.
What is Social Safe?
A JPEG export built for lossy photo pipelines in chat and social apps. The password is never stored in the QR band. Reconstruct after recompression is approximate; a wrong password still looks wrong.
Does Scrambl require an account?
No. Scramble and reconstruct run locally. Theme preference stays on device.
