Data collection disclaimer

Operator. The name of the series established by this Addendum shall be Knox Holdings LLC - Series A (operating internally and externally under the designated name “Knox Studios”).

What we collect in our apps

Knox Studios apps are designed to minimize personal data held by the studio. Practices depend on the app:

Account apps — Where sign-in is offered, the personal information we collect for user-facing accounts is typically the email address you provide through Firebase Authentication (including email-link or provider-based flows where email is the identifier).
Apps without accounts — Some apps (for example, certain Sync-suite or ad-supported tools) have no cloud accounts and do not collect email through Firebase.
Ad-supported apps — Apps that show ads use Google AdMob (for example, banner and/or rewarded ads). Google may process advertising identifiers, IP address, and device or request data to serve ads. Knox Studios does not store that AdMob advertising data on studio systems or operate an advertising profile database.

Separately from our apps, our marketing website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless) for aggregate visit and page metrics. That is separate from in-app AdMob ads. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What we do not collect on studio systems

Beyond email-based account authentication where offered, Knox Studios does not intentionally collect other categories of personal information into studio-operated systems for analytics or advertising profiling. Ad-supported apps still rely on Google AdMob, which may process advertising-related data as described above and in our Privacy Policy.

Your ad choices

Where an ad-supported app provides Privacy or similar settings, you may be able to turn Advertising off and/or choose non-personalized ads (NPA). You can also use Google’s advertising tools and your device advertising-ID settings. Personalized ads through Google may involve sharing for advertising under some U.S. state privacy definitions; see the full Privacy Policy.

Third-party processing

Firebase Authentication, Google AdMob, and related Google infrastructure process data according to Google’s terms and privacy documentation. You should review Google’s materials if you require detail on subprocessors or regional processing.
